PURVEYORS OF HAPPINESS
Every Wren Valley Truffle is a careful blend of artisan chocolate, Snowville Whipping Cream, local honey or maple syrup, fragrant spices, nuts, florals, artisan extracts, liqueurs and many unique local and regionally sourced ingredients. Additional ingredients are then artfully tailored to each flavor profile.
We create many unique seasonal and limited edition special occasion truffles. (When they’re gone, they’re gone!)

ARTISAN TRUFFLES
Almond Latte: A satisfying combination of rich espresso ganache and coffee liquor floated with silky almond praline and almond liqueur. A beautiful truffle!
Amaretto: A beautiful combination of almond liqueur, fragrant cream, and honey. The true language of love.
Bacon Chili: A rich blend of dark chocolate, organic cayenne peppers, bourbon, and bacon smoked sea salt —a terrific taste combination!
Bahama Llama: Silky couverture dark chocolate loaded with organic coconut and Creme of Coconut and dipped in dark chocolate. We also like Llamas.
Biscotti Crunch: Crunchy biscotti cookies swirled into silky dark chocolate with maple syrup, lemon zest, heavy cream, and juicy cranberries.
Busy Bee: In honor of our local apiaries—a delicious infusion of milk chocolate, local honey, heavy whipping cream, and artisan butter.

Caramel Creme (Dulce de Leche): Exotic Mexican vanilla, silky Dulce de Leche and rich espresso and coffee liquor swirled into fragrant milk chocolate.
